Clio holding back at 3000rpm after going through water

Hi just wondering if anyone can help. A few days ago I drove though some water on a flooded Road and since then my car is holding back at 3k revs and spluttering until it decides to go again! Plugged into diagnostic tonight and got these codes any advice would be great thanks in advance

How long ago? Wet filter, wet electrics wet wet wet wet.

My Volvo was playing up due to water/damp, dried all the electrics off and left it running for until it was hotter than the sun..
