Clio II Alloys and tyres

I'm looking to get some 15" Oz alloys for my 1.2 Clio.

I know the PCD is 100mm, offset is 38 and they're 4 bolts. What I cant find information on is the alloy width. It says they're 15x7J with 195/50-15 tyres. Will these fit on my car without rubbing?

Also clio bore is 60.1, does the alloy have to be exactly 60.1, or can it be slightly bigger/smaller?

7J is the width - 7 inches.

Bore has to be correct or spigot rings would be needed to fit the alloys.

Sorry, last question.

Will the 7" width alloys fit on a mk2ph2? Thinking of getting these ones but not sure if everything will fit.
