clio mk1 stalled and now wont start but turns over?! help!

Hi my renault clio mk1 1998 stalled on me for no reason on the motorway!
Went to start it and the engine turns over but wont start
weve changed the spark plugs, distributor cap is fine, fuses are fine, charged the battery and it has fuel
what could this be?
Help! Thanks

Snapped cambelt maybe.

My other half says hes had a look and it looks fine
