Its just a cheap and cheerful aftermarket tubular twinscroll manifold for an Evo which in this case has been reflanged to suit a vauxhall engine, but with the port spacing being fairly similar on the renault (will need to measure but given that the vauxhall are narrowly spaced 86mm bores and the renault are narrowly spaced 82.7mm bores there cant be much in it) it should also be possible to do the same for a F4R.
You could potentially even use the original 172 exhaust manifold flange adapted to fit seeing its of the right sort of construction anyway being a tubular manifold as standard.

With them being so cheap anyway you could always buy one and see how it fits in the bay, then only worry about getting it modified to fit properly if it does. (in the mean time just remove the exhaust manifold studs from the head so you can offer it up in place)
