Clio Williams - max tune up (help needed)

Helo, I know that there is a lot of specialist on this forum and that is why i would like to ask you for help. I have built up a clio maxi (let say maxi look) from Clio I ph I. Now i do have 1.8 engine with something about 160 HP.

The goal now is to build a engine (2.0 16V from Williams) with all new parts which will be very fast.
Can you help me and specify what parts (camshafts, pistons, etc...) should be used in order to have a lot of power - just for info this car will be not used for everyday street driving.

cash is not a factor - please be serious with respons. It has to be 2.0 N/A with no throttle bodies yet

Your looking at about 235bhp but it'll idle at about 2000-2200rpm.

think someone was looking at selling a willy lump thats had a lot of work done to it (roughly 10k iirc)

Was suposedly going to be the fastest n/a clio done

Cant remember user/thread but was only a few days ago, might be worth a dig?

throttle bodies will be added later on. First goal is to have 2.0 N/A as strong as possible.

I know that you can easly get over 200 bhp with such engine. One guy in Poland has made 247 bhp with throttle bodies but I don't trust him that much.
