Clio200.net Autumn 2014 Wales Run - Blacks & Beacons
Gutted to of missed out on this today but didn't think anyone would want to catch my manflu. Hope you all have an awesome day.

I am totally gutted to have missed it
Been getting the car ready for the last 3 weeks - fitted 1144 pads, braided lines and blue fluid in readiness last Saturday
Got it all cleaned up so thought id have a non car day last Sunday so went mountain biking - you can probably guess the rest!
Went up castell coch with my mechanic - did one run , went well, went back up so confidence up a bit - going down a really steep section completely lost it and ended up on my back in agony!
Hour walk back to the van pretty much crying all the way in more pain than I've ever experienced and I've done some stupid s**t in my time
Straight to hospital - cracked my scapula bone in 2 places and punctured my lung so had 60% lung function during my 1 hour walk !!!
So went out at 1.00 last Sunday mountain biking and got home at 5.00pm on Friday after spending 6 days In hospital!!!
Bloody idiot!!
Should have just polished the car again!!
Really not in a good way - thought I had broken my back at first!
Morphined up and back home now do all cool but definately investing in some full body armour before I go again,
I've lost nearly a stone in weight in a week! Now under 9 stone !!! Scary

Sounds like you've had a rough time of things chap! I have an Alpinestars bionic 2 body armour suit going spare for the right amount. Pm me if you need it. Hope you heal up soon!
Crap I forgot all about this..... Been busy moving house and working away from home again. Haven't even checked in on CS for a few weeks.

engine managment light started flashing when i was about a mile from home, all seems fine again now though.
Otherwise the 🔨 will have to come out and ill just hit things till it stops :up:
