Who's planning on tracking this year and what are you using?

Just a heads up, space is very limited now.

If you've never tracked before then this is definitely a good track for your first session as it's not too hard wearing, and there's plenty of space if you f**k up! :wink:

Definitely worth booking up if you've not tracked before and are attending the show - guarantee you'll love every minute!

Morning and afternoon session in the dog kennel, assuming it makes it to the afternoon session, like it's owner it's getting a bit old and knackered these days.

Morning and afternoon with my mate as an additional driver. Pretty much standard 182 FF with track tyres, track brakes and EPC budget lowering springs.

My R26 was RAPID at Blyton. Have you any mods to it ? The diff is incredible. When I ran mine I had 313.5BHP and 325IBft of torque and was destroying the clios around bends , on straights , everywhere !

I appreciate your old clio had a bit of clout , but unsure if it had diff etc ? the R26 chassis is properly sorted.

I brought it last year - I should have some new mods on it for this year to hopefully assist in the cornering so Ill be learning again. Hopefully if time permits Ill have some more aural delsight as well ...

If I told you there is a groupbuy on a RSTuning , Leeds so there could be a discount and you could always drive to Leeds the morning of the friday before the event would that sway you ?

Haha! Don't tempt me mate! There's a few other things I would like to do prior to any mapping intercooler etc, but I will definatly be taking it to RSTuning for the mapping.

My only concern is I've done nothing track prep wise. I don't even know how much is left on the pads lol!

Yeah check the pads mate, if low get a spare set if possible. Fluid checks and that thing will be good to go mate, especially with that box on track. I'll trade cars with you for a few laps if you fancy a blast in a Clio.... :tongueout:

It has crossed my mind, but i do have the consolation of Wings and wheels show at Guidlford 40 mile away from me
But must get to this festival at some stage. Looks fantastic.
(Deliberately didnt enter the free ticket comp as that may have made things well difficult to understand)
