Coilover bedding in time.

I have some rokkor coilys and wondered how long peoples took to bed in. Not just rokkor but coilys in general. Iv been looking around and seen different things; 2 weeks, few hundres miles, day or two, they dont need to. Just wonder what peoples personal experiences was. I want to let them bed in before i get the tracking redone.

Cheers

Cheap ones will probably take 10-15 minutes to push all the air out of the dampers and anything from a quick drive to a week or two for the springs to settle.
Decent ones be fine straight off the bat as generally the springs are higher quality material and stress relieved/set straight from the factory
