Coilovers/adjustable suspension

Just been looking around for suspension kits, but noticed a few spax sets are adjustable for £337 inc VAT. What is the difference between these and coilovers?

Coilovers have an adjustable ride hight, whereas these are just adjustable dampers and lowering springs?

DONT get SPAX they are s**t any others OK but not SPAX.

what do you recommend then? Im thinking of coilovers too

FKs are the best budget but there still not perfect you got to spend a lot to get realy good stuff H and R at £750 ish vs £420 for fk's.

Don't get Spax.
