Compbrake Solid Mounts - Fit or not to fit?

Bought these the other week ready to fit when I do my suspension change.
http://www.compbrake.com/cars/renault/clio/-2735.html

I just bought them without reading up on them.
Old comps had a bad rep from what my searches have turned up. But these were opinions on the old versions a few years back, these new ones worth fitting? Or should I send them back and get different brand?
Do they make much more road noise? As I do a few motorway miles in the car.
They look good quality but dont want to waste time and money if their shite :)

ive had mine on for 3 or 4 years now, never had any trouble with them. the ride is no harsher than standard imo

just make sure you keep the bears lubricated and clean the dust and crap that sits on them

Well thats good news :)
They easy to fit? Cant find any guides
Havent looked at the mounts properly yet. Do they have any rubber washers to sandwich between the metal contact points? (Dont have them at hand to look myself)

i got a garage to fit them tbh,

they have flat rubber washer the sits underneath between the bottom part of the top mount and the body

Just for future ref for anyone who looks that this thread:
Fitted mounts and am amazed at the difference!! Totally transformed steering feel and response. Car feels so much tighter. My std ones had begun to perish a little too.
No real difference in ride comfort or noise. Slightly louder road noise on rough roads, and i mean slightly!
Absolutely worth fitting.
