Compounding pad choice

ive recently switched to trying the 3M range that the bodyshop at work use

usually the routine is, Fast Cut Plus, Extra Fine Compound, then if you want to some kind of light finishing polish

im more than happy with the FCP and EFC, and the yellow EFC pads are pretty good, but, im not really getting on with the green compounding pads, they are a bit too firm and dont really follow any contours in the bodywork

been thinking of getting some of the Lake Country CCS pads, ive got some of the older LC pads already which are kind recessed in the middle slightly, ive also got a couple of Sonus SFX pads which ill probably give a go next time

not really kept on top of the latest developments though, whats the lastest pads out at the moment ?.......anything i should be looking at

noticed the Menzerna white pad is pretty cheap however im reading that its pretty firm also, so probably very similar to the 3M green pad
