Compression test results

I have just tested my car and got the following

From cambelt end

1. 165
2. 170
3. 180
4. 170

No 3 had oil around the metal part of the plug suggesting it wasn't tight enough? And I could see wet on top of the piston through the plug hole ? Oil ?

What's a normal reading for a standard 172 (70k miles)

I got 150 across all of my pistons, best to do a leak down test so I've been told, a compression test does'nt give the full picture. My engine pulls like a train still OK!

Ours are all different, they seem like nothing to worry about.

Cheers chaps, I know the leak down test is best as it tells you if your loosing pressure through the valves or the pistons but as long as it looks ok thats one less worry.
My concern is it only made 166 after mapping with matched inlets and a stealth exhaust which isnt massively low its on the lower side of "normal"
I did have the cam belts done a year ago maybe the timings out a little but its not easy to check.

I am a bit unsure about the timing , the guy who did it knows his stuff but I am not 100% sure he used the official renault tools, might get 428's done at the same time.

...What if one was at 130 on a dry test? How bad is that?

Could it be recovered on a oiled test?

if it was low, dribble some oil in and repeat. if it improves its the piston rings. if not, could be valves

if there's a big difference between clod and hot results, it's normally valve related

figures in OP look ok, the high one looks like some oil has leaked from the rocker cover down into the plug well and sealed up the rings a little bit more than the others when the plug was removed.
