Only way I can think, is to use set up standard internet connections (leased line or similar) then create a VPN using routers etc. I'm no expert though.
You mock, but I read scientists have been able to get transfer data at about 5-10mbit throughput out of two cans connected by string by modulating the string at different frequencies. With further harmonic frequency tuning they reckon they could get it nearer 100mbit !!!

LOL what happens if he isnt in a strong 3G area? Plus even with 3G I doubt its enough bandwidth and not reliable enough to be doing a backup across. I would trust it

I do find it comical how some companies will spedn £KKKKKKKK to do what your saying because of someones lazyness (Accountant) but wont give people a pay increase or employee someone else LOL
