Cup 4 pots anyone?????

  Mazda 3 MPS Mk1
Does anyone know if wilwood 4 pot forged midi light calipers would fit?

Also what size are the front discs on a cup including widths?

And does anyone know who makes the mounting brackets that would adapt the calipers to fit?

Im not looking to enlarge the disc size as im going to keep the wheels at 16" (but superlegs!) and i just want better calipers. I will obviously fit drilled groove discs when i do the calipers.

I have been looking at the following http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=562_588&products_id=8317.

I was looking at a set of those for my 182.

The pad size on the midilite calipers is smaller than the std renault pad - less surface area... I'm not sure what effect this would have on braking.

Midilites have been used on willys/valvers quite successfully, but I don't know if the extra weight may affect their performance on a 172/182?

(ps I'm not sure exactly how much more the 172Cup weighs than the willy)

The dynalite 4 pots arent available in the 25.4mm width (which is what we need for our std discs).

They do, however, do the 6pot dynalites in a 25.4mm width, but they're £££ more.
