Cup next to central res on M25

On M25 last thursday afternoon and went past a **53 cup which seemed to have broken down in the fast lane but had managed to pull over to the right so only a bit of the car was left in the fast lane... hope all got sorted.. what a place to be stuck!! id have sh!t myself...
