cup really becoming iratating

alright guys. just had a really strange noise coming from what i think is the rear of the car. sort of a grinding noise . only comes and goes . at first i thought a wheel bearing . already replaced the passenger side bearing. this is a totally diff noise ,like a grinding noise and the rear of the car feels really twitchy. any ideas . any feedback would be appreciated.

Well twitchiness sounds like rear shock but not sure about grinding.

could be a snapped spring .twitches a lot when cornering to the left
