Cup Rear Discs Binding.....

  172 Cup
Took all my wheels off today to clean them. To my dismay my rear pads seem to rub with the disc when no pressure is applied at all by handbrake or pedal. Are my calipers seized or do they tend to move on there own accord once your up and running? I know all 172 Cup rear discs + pads are pants, however didnt think this bad. Any help appreciated....

Indeed it was my friend. Felt really horrible to turn, almost like a fine surface of corrosion rubbing against each other. Im going to change the discs and pads soon, just curious to know the state of the calipers and if its a usual occurence.

rear calipers don't often go on the rs

sounds quite strange the problem you have, try winding the pistons back in a bit, then repump the pedal
