cup spoiler brake light

is it possible to get a replacement because mine doesnt want to work and im pretty sure its the light is self unless theres any common faults with them?

so i will pass even if it doesn't work at all. have searched it and there seem to be mixed views. some people seem to be saying to remove the light from the spoiler so they cant fail what is not there.
cant believe they are about £40 from renault! going to see if i can fix it.

It wont fail as it's not a legal requirement to have one.

They are added by manufacturers through choice.
