It's best to take the spoiler off and push it out from the back. You can prise it out from the front by slipping a screwdriver wrapped in a bit of cloth down the sides, but that can leave small marks around the spoiler and I wouldn't recommend it!
i've taken the spoiler off and its a sealed unit so cant push it from behind.
also tried around the edges but it just keeps snapping the edge's so now looks even worse than before.
does anyone else have an idea? are there any clips on either of the ends?
i used a knife. just a normal knife you would eat your dinner with. slightly flexible which helps. and dont try to get it out much in one go. just keep going around with the knife and see if that works
