Cure for gearbox leak from selector shaft , what do you think?

This is supposed to stop the shaft leak and looks like it may well do it but what is to stop the 2 seals working their way into the gearbox as the shaft goes up and down leaving you with a worse leak than before ?

Oh its only 29 euros plux delivery and tax and will do a discount on 10+

There's a chap on here from holland i think who fitted it, it works!

But every one of them leaks unless yours is pretty bad I wouldn't bother messing with it, mine gets a bit wet on the case even after a clean doesn't loose much if any to notice at the oil level

I tried to look on some of the french clio sites but not had much luck as you keep needed to translate everything

leaky gearboxes are part and parcel of clio ownership,as above really,if your leaks not too bad then should be fine with just drip tray to catch the residual seeping.basically should stop leaking when oil cooled down again

looks like a nice little mod Colin, not too pricey either. Personally my seal isn't too bad at the mo. But if it started going in the future this would be a great option. Shame it doesn't show you a bit more about it on the page.
