Cutting videos down on iPhone 4s

I did 2 videos of me on track the other day that run about 30 mins each I'm wanting to know if there's any way of cutting the videos down to make them like 10mins each??

Help and advice appreciated

You can do it on the device. Tap the preview bar at the top and pinch it to trim.
