DAB Radio in car

I had all my stereo stolen about a week ago, and need a new cd player.

Im tempted to get a DAB digital radio. Seen a few that are within my budget of less than £170.

They play MP3s too which is nice.

What im asking is, will i need a new ariel or what to get them working?

You do need a new aerial, but depending on which one you buy, you get a glass mounted aerial with it. I'm going to buy the Sony CDX6650, but I want to use a normal beesting style aerial. Pioneer make one. So when i can be bothered getting round to tearing my interior apart, I will fit the beesting. But when I first get it, it will just be the glassmount.

I have used a Blaupunkt DAB 53 for the past 2.5 years and have been very happy with it. Signal quality is not bad but not always great using a glass mount aerial but I will get a proper aerial fitted onto the 172.

Think i wont go the digital route till i get a better car.

Cant be arsed with it all at the minute.
