Dammed MOT

I bought my Clio about 3 months ago, its 8 years old and it has been treated like s**t

So far ive spent 800 repairing it
but the most annoyin thing is that the horn does not work

anyone have an idea why this could be and its not the fuse already checked that

Its has 6 owners in tht time got it for 1100 though i think thats cheap as if i sold it id probs break even

but wanna spend some money doin it up now
i wouldnt be able to sell it anyway unless it was for another clio of course

Bet it's an earthing issue.

got sum1 doin the whole thing for 150 this week

anyone no any more problems i can expect at around 90 000 mile
