Decat 172 cup,easy/quick change for MOT ?

Been thinking of getting the straight through decat pipe.

Is it an easy fit ?
I've heard that the subframe needs tooling for this ?

Right now running a Orbisoud sportcat, feel like trying something different again. Phase 1 airbox with larger intake pipes and decat.

not hard if you know what you're doing (takes me around 45min with the car on the drive) but i have small hands! LOL

45 minutes.. so subframe needs tooling.. s**t..

I'll see what my friend has to say about this as i'll be borrowing his bridge .. it was his idea anyways, the decat

Subframe? Don't think so.....

Two blokes and hobbit like hands should see it done in under an hour.

guys, sorry to hi-jack the thread a little, but my car has been in the garage today they couldnt fit my decat (k-tec item) mumbling something about a fitting kit???

taking it to another (better) garage tomorrow but i'm a little confused! i dont know much about these things to be honest!

i fitted mine with help from my dad, its just like swapping the cat.

2 nuts and bolts at the back.

theres a strange sprung loaded job at the front but as long as u keep it all in order its easy.
i have massive hands and really struggle to get into the front.

god only knows how Yoz does it.
