Deflector Plates

  Ph2 Clio 172
What do people make the brake cooling deflector plates out of if they are using fog light brake cooling ducts? I've seen metal ones and also custom built ones, but I'm after something as cheap and easy as possible.

What kind of temperatures to they have to withstand? Would something like a tuparwear box cut up do the job? Or other plastic? Or does it really need to be metal?

Yeah it should, but I have neither a sheet of alloy or metal snips :(

(I fail as a man, I need a shed).

I think someone on here used a face shield, one of the types you would wear if strimming the grass.

This kind of thing?

FLOL. Get some alloy sheets from ebay, cut them and bent them. Not as bodgy as a tupperware box and won't be that expensive.
