Different Standard Alloys?

What is the difference between these two sets of alloys, me and a mate both have 1.2 dynamique's and we have different alloys, i know his are the ones from the 172 but 15's?

First set are phase 3 alloys 2003(?) onwards. The second set are phase 2 alloys. 2001-2003(?). I'm not 100% on the dates,

Pretty sure it was for a short period than that. Late 04/ early 05, and ran through to the campus sport in 07.

But as said they are PH3 Facelift alloys. The PH3 should have the newer engine and a different front bumper.
