Hi guys, thought i'd throw this one in.
My insurance is due in Sept and i was getting some online quotes from different companys but they were coming to over £1000, bit dear that i think. Im awaiting my renewal quote from Greenlight - last years was around £749.
Basically what i did on Direct Line's site was to put the Mrs as the proposer and me as a named driver because unlike other companys it say's named drivers still earn no claims (correct me if i'm wrong) and voila! it came down to just under £700!!
Does anyone think theres a catch or not? do the no claims gained as a named driver apply in the future with all insurers?
