The torques required for the head bolts, camshaft, rockers etc. and a top set sheet with tolerances for a 1.2 8valve d7f engine as i've lost my data sheets. Which i got off autodata at college

the torque sequences for the head bolts, and the torques for the cam bolts and rockers. then the tollerances and possible the sequences for setting the rockers and valves like exhaust and inlet tollerances please.4

Valve clearances when cold
Inlet - 0.10mm
Exhaust - 0.20mm

Head Bolt Sequence
8-4-1-5-9 - Cam pulley on this end
7-3-2-6-10

Stage 1 all bolts 20nm
Stage 2 all bolts angle tighten 90 degrees
Stage 3 wait 3 minutes
Stage 4 Bolts 1 and 2 slacken fully
Stage 5 Bolts 1 and 2 20nm
Stage 6 Bolts 1 and 2 angle tighten 200 degrees
Stage 7 Bolts 3 4 5 6 Slacken fully
Stage 8 Bolts 3 4 5 6 20nm
Stage 9 Bolts 3 4 5 6 Angle tighten 200 degrees
Stage 10 11 and 12 Repeat Stages 7 8 9 with Bolts 7 8 9 and 10

Camshaft sprocket - 45nm

Rocker shaft bolts - 23nm

Valve cover - 11nm

All from the haynes manual.

You are too good mate, thanks alot. Do you happen to know which way up the head gasket goes? like red rubber seals to the block or to the head. Thanks mate much appreciated

It'll only fit one way I think.

Normally marked on it but i think it is red seals facing up.
