Dogbone bottom engine mount will a Ph2 one fit on a Ph1 since it's cheaper!

Basically the title says it all. I think I need one since then engine bangs in first (sounds near footwell) tried adjusting top mounts but still there.

Apparently the ph1 one is £75 but the twisted ph2 one is £33. K Tec only do that one so I was wondering if one will fit the other. E-Mailed Hillpower just waiting for reply.

Get one off nick mate,i have and its great ,and ask nick too if they ph2 will fit,give him a ring as he cant check his e mails every day

i got one on my 1.6 rsi from renault, they now do the dog bone mount and an upgrade kit to, its basically a strengthening bar that extends the existing mount and fixes to the 2 front underside bolts on the gear box

it basically stops the front of the engine twisting back under acceleration.

IIRC it cost me less than £20 for all parts from dealer!

Er what do I ask Renualt for then. I will fit myself and I need to know the parts to ask for cause they are only really helpfull when I'm looking for them to do stuff.

Do you know prices as well by any chance?
