a few pics from Donny at the MLR/SIDC/GTROC club day, not great tho! track was wet to start with, weather stayed dry til about 11am then showers all day, track was very greasy. while i was waiting to be towed (throttle cable snapped on 2nd lap aproaching the bend at the pits) i saw several spinouts (several offs on the day). eventually got on track again, my second track day & the first in the turbo clio, had fun trying to get the power down! some very fast motors, a couple made it look like i was standing still lol. i have an hour of entertaining vid i need to sort (half am/half pm), after my cable trouble i couldnt be arsed to queue for an instructor, got one at 3pm tho, my driving was shite am & improved slightly pm!

not sure bout RWS? not had time to try to edit the video yet, hopefully have time this week. had a quick look earlier, i think due to the cable bodge i was only pulling bout 105mph down the straight, gutted.

i was hoping to do a link for ppl to download but as im pc illiterate im struggling, my pc doesnt like windows movie maker so i used nero & its come out in an mp4 which i cant seem to do anything with so its youtube for now, first cut from the very wet & greasy morning 1 & 1/2 laps ending with the scoob wobble, if the link doesnt work look for 'Donny 05/03/07 (AM) scooby wobble'

ya a combo of things, the weather, my driving, & the throttle cable bodge...Flan had 130mph ish on the straight on a previous day at donny, i was only getting 105mph. when you see the vid of the RC developments evo from the day it looks like i was stood still.

How much does it cost and how many laps do you get?

its a shame about youtube as the quality is shite, id really like to post a downloadable link, more short vids to come later including my close call. as for cost that day was £159 (i joined the MLR for £30 as i liked the trackday dates & next up is spa in may), it was very well organised, i had much more tracktime (lost count of actual laps) compared to Goodwood last year with easytrack. i also went through 2 tanks of juice.
