i tried NGK BKR6EIX and although the car started a lot better, it didnt idle as well, looking at the gauge it was fine, but listening to the engine it was horrible, and ive had it cut out 3 times aswell which its never done before
bought another set of the normal BKR6EK plugs, put them in, and now its spot on again
however, saying that, the plugs that K-Tec use are a 7 rated plug and they are platinums i think, maybe id have had better results with a 7, which happens to be the heat range of plug that Champion recommend, however NGK list it as 6, which IIRC is an 8 in Champion terms
