Drive shaft: 169 vs. 172 v. 182

  Clio RS Mk1
Is it tha same for all models?

I own a '00 Clio RS (124kw) and I can get (good offer) drive shaft from '02 RS, but I'm not sure it would match perfectly to my RS.

Coz I also get a clicking sound while accelerating on full throtle.

Anyone knows if it would fit perfectly on my RS?

Here is what i've tried:

1. full throtle acceleration, wheels streight. Result: loud clicking from left side
2. full throtle acceleration, wheels hard left. Result: loud clicking from left side
4. full throtle acceleration, wheels hard right. Result: almost no clicking from left side (i suppose most of the power translated on right wheel)
5. easy accelaration, wheels straigt. Result: no clicking at all.

Problem no#2:
When it's realy cold outside (-10 degrees celzius), when I turn my steering wheel to left or right, it makes a bit diferent kind of click. It's not associated with acceleration. Any idea about that?

Btw: I'll lift up my car tomorrow, and maybe I'll know more about it.

all the drive shafts are the same except if the car has traction control ,
if its clicking try changing your ball joints , may aswell go for the wishbone kit as they include ball joints

My car's been at my mechanic's place. He said it ain't drive shaft problem. If it would be, then it'd have a different sound.

But we noticed that both my front springs are broken!?!
This week I'll change both front springs (maybe all 4) and ball joints. Then I'll see if clicking sound reappears.

Thanks for now.
