Dynamat, Sound insulation.

I am getting new speakers for my transit connect and someone said get dynamat to reduce road noise and vibration but its expensive any cheap alternatives. i am thinking expanding foam between the door and door panel very cheap at £5.

Try TalkAudio forum, they'll be loads of alternative suggestions on there - not all cheap though mind!
