E36 M3 paint decision help

We're building an E36 race car for a customer, but we're trying to decide what colour to paint it

1992/93 BTCC


or DTM

DTM out of those two, but the BTCC is definitely more 90's!

I'd go for the Warsteiner livery though. I built a model of one of these when I was about 7 lol. Loved it!

I've NEVER seen a 92 BTCC replica, but have seen loads of the others, its been done to death IMO

Warsteiner everytime. It's done to death for a reason, the BTCC one you linked looks like a colour blind child designed it.

Would this not be better done as a wrap.Surely the cost and convinience would far out weigh paint.

Also could be changed back to standard whenever.

The base to be like this

Coupled with James logo

and inter-twinned with chequered flag all over the car which in turn will have the BTM logo in it... A little bit like this below but more prominent and over more of the car..
