Ebay Special 172 Driveshafts.

Hey,

I think I need a new N/S driveshaft for the ph1. I'm sick of being messed about with driveshafts that are sold as 'mint' but are in fact wrecked. Just sifting Ebay at the moment and came across this.

Usually don't trust thngs that cheap, so wondered whether anyone has tried one before?

Also, I've heard of people getting reconditioned parts from Renault, but not sure how to go about that, or whethre it's a quick service?

Looks a bargain, but I havent used them myself so no idea on quality.

Adam at renault wolverhampton is pretty decent price for renault genuine rebuilt ones.

^Si - do you know if he can source parts for the N/S shaft? I need bits for the bearing assembly/oil seal.

I had one for my 225. It looked perfect until it didn't fit into the gear box..
