Eek! Engine noise (with vid)

Just started the car up to move it off the drive and it started making this strange screeching noise, sounds like something metal (pully maybe) is rubbing? It was fine on the way home from work and I've done 900 miles this week to newquay and back without problem. Checked the oil last week and again tonight and its full. Doesn't sound like the usual dephaser rattle.

Anyone any ideas? I'm scared to start it up again incase its belt related and it breaks! Cam/aux kits were changed around 2months/3k ago.
