engine change on clio mk2

hi currently its a 1.6 8v
but wanted to know the options and really how hard it is to do
im not bad with cars atall
did a fair few engine changes on a mazda mx3 race car i had
so reasonably handy with an engine crane
but really the only two i was intrestyed in was either
a 1.7 volvo turbo conversion, as this was done alot in r5's and clio mk1's am i right
or the route of just a 172 lump
what bits would i need to do rthis and whats involved is really what i wanted to know
as id like to have everything there
before i start

mechanically the 172 swap is straight forward, electrics are a bit or an arse, nothing major though, if you can get an entire donor car, makes life easier
