Engine conversion



hey all

ordered a engine conversion for my clio 1.2 getting a 6000 mile 182 cnversion, would anyone recommend and induction kit and or the re map k tec offer

Seems like switch from a bus in to a F1 race car :D I think U should get used to the new baby before spending another money on it :)

I went from a 1.2 8v Corsa to my 182 and it took a lil while to get used to it, Upgrade the Brakes and Suspension before you go in search of more power!!!

defo mate , but with the hastle like most people would say , just buy a 172 mk2 p1 there cheap these days

dont bother with engine mods to start with sort out the brakes and suspension with something decent then id go for...

Cat back exhaust with decat
inlet match
pannel filter
then remap (do it last so it takes all your mods into account!)

In the case of IK kets etc it can simplify the install so worthwhile when doing the conversion

Most likly its going to be a proper conversion like most ie will use the 172 brakes and suspension anyway.
