ENGINE MOUNTINGS-POWERFLEX CURE

When at the Autosports show this weekend I spoke to the people at the Powerflex stand re. Clio engine mountings and I asked why they didnt produce anything(apart from susp. mtngs.) for this vehicle. His reply was that they were not aware that the Clio had a problem in this area.I described symptoms to him and also explained the fact that Renault did not recognise a fault existed and also mentioned about a possible feature on Watchdog due to the fustration of the owners and the lack of help from Renault. He has aked me to email him to talk about the possibility of them manufacturing said mountings and I would imagine that they would need a donor vehicle to help with development. To help our cause and to put the message across to him perhaps one of you moderators could send him some figures regarding the depth of the problem. If they cure it how can Renault then continue to deny responsibility? The person to contact is Mathew Atkins at mailto:sales@powerflex.co.uk">sales@powerflex.co.uk
