car up on axel stands, trolley jack to hold the wait of the engine, replace mount (2 bolts, cant remember size) - job done
maby worth getting k-tec dogbone mount inserts/bushes while your at it?

dont need a jack to support the engine.
place wood between the jack and the sump, undo the 16mm nut, jack it up, then the 4 16mm bolts
