Engine over revving since coil pack replaced

Hi there, just replaced the coil pack on my 04 plate 182 (was misfiring) now when I start it up the engine is over revving. My friend thinks it might be an air leak or that the air flow sensor or something else might have become disconnected when we took the engine apart but I wondered if you might have an idea?

Also, this part of the engine looks like it might have a gasket but it doesn't?

There's a rubber seal that goes in there, it's been lost upon removal and you need it, that's your air leak. gota be reving quite high with it missing? It's red if I remember correctly

Yeah we found it, thanks, sadly doesnt seem to have been the coil pack though!
