Engine rattle

i have been trying to figure out why i have an annoying rattle, found the culprit, it was a sheared bolt on this front bit ( so bad i dont know the name of it)
what does it do and is it needed as 2 of the 3 bolts have sheared and it would appear that the cabling that i believe goes over the top is trapped behind it :/

fuel rail guard, only has two nuts/bolts holding it on.

cheers ok i guess its kinda required then :/ is it a swine to do the bolts ?

nope, take the nut off the one that isn't snapped then 10mm spanner on the bolt itself.

Yes when mine bolts went I left the fuel rail guard in the shed for about 8 months

fantastic cheers, i dont suppose you have any idea why my heater controls all work fine but the fan doesnt blow ?
