Engine removal and fitting

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of replacing my 92k motor with a lower mileage 172 or maybe 182, I know I would probs be better buying a whole new car, but me and the car have been through alot (sad I know). I would love to have a go myself but i live in London and have no garage to carry out major work. Does anyone know someone that will do removal and fitting? I think Engine Dynamics will but its 450 quid, or is this as cheap as it gets?
