the sticking point and the bits i hate are

the exhaust manifold
the bumper, slam pannel, arch liner removal etc

lol those are the easy bits my front bumper is like quick release these days!

when you take an engine out what is the correct way to discconect all the hoses without fluid going every where? and same with the air con without it exploding? lol

air con, just loosen the 10mm nut on the main joint near the bulkhead. let it out slowly! and do NOT breath it in,

hoses, no well unless you poor it into buckets or summet :S

if your worried about staining the floor...then once you drop it, swill it!

no i got the engine out on sunday i just made a bit of a mess with flud dripping from everywhere and was just wondering if there was a better way to do it. i.e drain everything first or something. the floor is fine cleaned it up will oil eater.
