Renault Clio 1.6 16v
Iv got a 1.6 16v clio dynamique plus, since i got the car about 3 months ago its been idleing really low and i really need to know whats wrong with it because sometimes when i come to a stop it just cuts out and stalls 
, also my exhaust is making a loud vibrating noise and the faster i go the louder it gets, even when im coasting the noise is persistent, 2 of the rubbers in the bracket holding the exhaust are snapped and i think that it could be the rubber and metal vibrating making the noise, what do you guys think?
