EPS to PDF

Hi techys,
I need to convert some encapsulated postscript (EPS) files to PDF files. At uni I use Acrobat Distiller but I can't find it on Acrobat's website to download :dapprove

All I've managed to find is an update, I've downloaded it but it won'd run as Acrobat 3.0 is not found.

Does distiller come as part of a package (which is free) or does anyone know of any other (free) programs to convert EPS to PDF?

I take it you havent got Photoshop/Illustrator?

Distiller is part of the Adobe Acrobat software (not the reader!) 2 flavours standard and professional.

How many files you need converted? I can pdf 1 or 2 but amn't gonna volunteer to do any more than that lol

Very small, they are single figures exported from one program to be added to a pdf document. Just made a quick one 19kb so at most 100kb i'd say.

Loads lol, it's a project for my masters >100 probably! Can do it at uni but that means taking it in on a memory stick, converting them and bringing them home.

download.com is your friend, look for a eps reader which will let you save as jpg or bmp then use a free pdf maker to pdf.

or goto your local dodgy software vendor if you are that way inclined
