ever wondered where the 172 cup gazmar had went to

the car was broke for spares. the shell n axle were damaged. i wanted a quick project with fabrication, so i could learn from my friend about different welding techniques and needed a trailer. and this does all of what i require. new it hadnt be done to my knowledge, so thought id try it.

its for carrying camping stuff and track wheels. will work just like a normal car. open the boot or doors

the van has its own thread mat lol.

ahahahaha aye chris, apparently according to my dad ive over engineered it, as if they wont see why till its completed and on a road test

So awesome! how you finishing off the front? just sheet metal/box it in kinda thing?

going to be rolling the metal some how shaping it to how i want it. trying to keep all the lines i can .need a bonnet lol.

front tub will be made from the small box section like i added for the floor bracing and 1.6mm steel. reason for not using .8mm is i want it strong. no flex

started to do the front end. this is just to get rough idea. but wont be the end result.

yea chris. all about deadicated lows ;) started cutting out new section and tomorrow shall tac it on car once mocked up and then get it tig'ed and once fully welded off to be powder coated.

well stu you would be the second ph1 sport on air

ran the insert for the hand brake cables. just all needs ginding done but ill do that latter as its alot haha.

cheers, all the lights work, just major fab work left to do is by the doors to get the shape right across. but i need to move it so the drive can be redone. few tweeks with the air ride too. and itll be off for paint hopefully befoere the wee one comes.

couldnt wait any longer, took it to my mates, to see if there would be any issues driving it. there was none. picture from when i parked at the pub.... i know abandonded!!!
