Exhaust - 1.4 to 1.8...

I currently have a Powerflow full stainless steel exhaust system (two 5x3"ovals) on my 1.4 Clio (mk1) just wondered basically whether it is possible to re-fit this to a 1.8 16v and if so, what sort of price is involved and how easy it is to do (by a garage not myself lol)?

I know most people will probably say not too due to losing power etc but would like to know how easy it is to do

whats the bore of the exhaust? if its 2" it should be ok. other than that, i dont know about fitting issues, would say that a custom exhaust place would be able to make it fit.

When you say 'full' system,
do you mean cat-back, or a 'full' system inc. downpipe?

Cat-back system.

When it was fitted to my Clio the tyre cage had to be removed for the backbox.

if it's cat-back a custom place will be able to 'mate' it up!

but performance may well be affected in the negative way!
