Exhaust cut outs

  clio sport 172
Got my K&N panel filter and fitted it but am not sure if its more responsive or not. It seemed to be this morning but it was also a lot cooler than this afternoon.
Anyway, i was'nt going to bother with an exhaust but obviously one thing leads to another. I was wondering how the rear bumper is cut and what you all used to line the edge of the cut?
I have found a race car specialist who knew exactly which air filter i needed and also had them in stock so i will ask his advice on exhausts, i just need help with the cutout?

Im goin to keep the car for a good while anyway, they last a lot longer out here. You see Cortinas and mk1 and 2 escorts whizzing about even a few RS2000's with nosecone.

I dont think the exhaust peeps over here will do any cutouts cos they arent really interested in anything smaller than a large ocean liner so i may have to do the butchering myself.

As i said earlier ,i will speak to the Race car guy but i dont think anyone will have much experience with renaults except the dreaded $100per hour Renault garage and im not giving them my hard earned!
