Exhaust droning/vibrating

Hi my clio ph1 has got a bit of a problem,the standard exhaust often makes a droning/humming vibrating noise like there's a hole in the back box,got the exhaust looked over today and the guy said there's nothing wrong with the complete exhaust,anyone else had this with the ph 1

Are you sure the cat gasket hasn't gone

Haven't checked that,seems to do it at between 2k-2.5k revs then it's ok,1st and 2nd gear more noticeable

Injector rail cover? Mistook an exhaust issue for this on mine. Nuts just seem to undo themselves and fall off.
